✅ Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with issues and follow-ups via chat & tickets
- Troubleshoot bugs and escalate severe issues
- Maintain high-quality communication and SLAs
- Stay updated with product knowledge & features
- Document cases, bugs, and customer interactions properly
- Identify trends and contribute to internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to L1 calls, support meetings, and queue management
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills welcome)
- Strong communication, problem-solving & organizational skills
- Hands-on with ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce (or similar tools)
- Familiar with Google Apps, iOS/Android, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of browser logs, HAR files, and debugging tools
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy attitude with a passion for support
