Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee and client queries about benefits through Zendesk and email.
- Provide empathetic and clear communication on topics like plan details, claims, billing, and enrollment.
- Support new joiner enrollments, life event changes, and terminations in benefit systems.
- Escalate complex cases and collaborate with Benefits Specialists for quick resolutions.
- Assist with invoice audits, data entry, and monthly tracking in collaboration with the Accounting team.
- Maintain internal documentation using tools like Notion.
- Regularly audit data and systems, escalate issues, and support ongoing quality reviews.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure process accuracy.
- Suggest updates for FAQs and support articles to improve clarity.
- Be a cultural ambassador for Remote’s values and team goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (preferred HR, Business, or related fields).
- Experience in benefits, HR ops, or similar admin roles (freshers with relevant internship experience can apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize work.
- Empathetic and professional approach when dealing with people.
