Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Handle outbound calls for lead generation and customer conversion.
  • Maintain and update CRM entries with accurate customer data.
  • Offer top-notch customer service and support across voice platforms.
  • Address complaints with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience: 0–2 years in a BPO or domestic call center role preferred.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
    • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).
    • Familiarity with voice processes and CRM systems.
