We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Support Admin to join our US Human Resources team.
In this key role, The HR Support Admin will directly report to the Offboarding Administrator and will primarily be responsible for managing and coordinating tasks associated with the termination of employment within PEARCE Services and Renewables in the US.
- Monitor & update the offboarding tracker & people Assist (UKG) tracker daily
- Inform relevant departments about the termination updates through emails
- Submit IT tickets through Fresh Service to remove terminated employees IT access and coordinate the recovery of company-issued IT equipment.
- Monitor the completion of IT equipment return tickets via Fresh service and follow up with relevant parties to ensure the timely completion of the asset retrieval process
- Ensure all actions are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Offboarding Administrator
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, especially as it pertains to managing employee information, entering updates, recordkeeping and utilizing ticket systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills-both verbal and written English.
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible with working in both day/night shifts.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred).
- Must be a solution-oriented self-starter with an ability to adapt to varying needs and situations.
