Role Overview
As an Engineer I – Network Operations, you will:
- Troubleshoot complex network issues to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with senior engineers and support teams
- Monitor and maintain network health
- Provide on-call support during network events and outages
- Continuously develop technical and professional skills
Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1+ year of relevant/military experience
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow and improve existing policies and processes
- Effective communication across teams and stakeholders
- Experience in troubleshooting or telecommunications
Work Schedule
- Hybrid role (mix of office & remote)
- 40 hours per week
