About the Role

As a Supply Chain Due Diligence Analyst, you will play a key role in Glencore’s efforts to ensure sustainable, transparent, and ethical sourcing across its vast global supply chain. Reporting directly to the Responsible Sourcing Supply Chain Due Diligence Regional Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, global offices, and counterparties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible Sourcing Due Diligence: Conduct supply chain due diligence on new and existing counterparties with a focus on human rights, environmental impact, and modern slavery risks.
  • Documentation & Analysis: Compile, review, and analyse supplier documentation including transaction forms, questionnaires, and compliance records.
  • Risk Identification: Proactively identify red flags or material risks through desktop research and continuous stakeholder engagement, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Reporting: Produce clear and concise reports on key Responsible Sourcing KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work with team managers and colleagues across multiple regions on responsible sourcing projects and compliance enquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • An academic degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • Prior experience in responsible sourcing, supply chain due diligence, compliance, or KYC is advantageous.
  • Strong interest in sustainability, ethics, and responsible business practices.
  • Proficiency in English (corporate working language); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid IT knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
