Roles & Responsibilities
As part of Genworth’s IT team, you’ll support critical testing initiatives, collaborating across developers, QA, and business teams.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and executing test strategies.
- Reviewing technical documents and business requirements.
- Tracking and resolving defects with detailed impact analysis.
- Participating in agile meetings and sprint planning.
- Contributing to performance testing, UAT, and automation.
- Maintaining documentation and improving QA practices.
✅ Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and scripting.
- Familiarity with QA tools & methodologies.
- Agile work experience preferred.
- Bonus if you have:
