Job Description: Associate Analyst – CRM & BI (Eaton, Pune – Hybrid)
Eaton is inviting applications for the role of Associate Analyst – CRM & BI at its Pune location in a hybrid work model. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce and Power BI, who want to grow their careers in CRM systems, business intelligence reporting, and sales operations support.
This role focuses on managing CRM data, creating reports and dashboards, and closely collaborating with sales operations teams to enhance their use of tools like Salesforce and BI platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth data utilization, developing performance dashboards, and taking ownership of business reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business admin for Salesforce, handling user queries and access controls.
- Collaborate with regional super users to promote better usage and adoption of Salesforce.
- Design and manage custom dashboards and reports within Salesforce to meet business needs.
- Plan and deliver training sessions to users for better CRM tool proficiency.
- Handle queries and access requests for Salesforce and Power BI dashboards.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports with a focus on sales operations data.
- Partner with business teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Ensure report accuracy, define KPIs, and maintain cadence with stakeholders.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (any stream)
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Salesforce and Power BI
- Strong understanding of CRM functionality, BI reporting, and analytics
- Problem-solving skills, business acumen, and analytical thinking
- Added advantage: Exposure to Aerospace Industry and basic Statistics
