Role Overview – Product Sales Specialist
As a Product Sales Specialist in the Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team, you’ll be the go-to expert for Adobe’s Growth & Collaboration products such as Document Cloud and Creative Cloud. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll provide strategic sales support, drive product adoption, and help customers unlock the full potential of Adobe’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive Sales Success
- Assist sales reps in closing deals across SMB & target accounts
- Lead the charge on achieving and exceeding quarterly sales quotas
- Execute upsell strategies and introduce new solutions
✅ Product Expertise & Enablement
- Be a trusted advisor by mastering Adobe’s ecosystem of solutions
- Deliver impactful demos tailored to client business needs
- Coach and empower sales teams through product training & positioning
✅ Customer Engagement
- Build strong consultative relationships at various levels
- Deliver compelling ROI-based conversations
- Handle objections with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking
✅ Pipeline & Forecasting
- Maintain up-to-date CRM and pipeline health
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights
- Participate in forecast reviews and revenue tracking
