Required Skills and Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Windows 10 and other Windows OS
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and NinjaRMM (Remote Monitoring & Management tool)
- Basic to intermediate experience in Tier 1 technical support
- Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, MCSE, MCP (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for ACA staff across global locations
- Manage support tickets through ACA’s official ticketing system
- Perform hardware and software installations, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Handle onboarding IT support for new hires, including equipment setup and IT inductions
- Maintain and manage Office 365 and Active Directory
- Proactively monitor and pick up tickets from the unassigned queue
- Uphold high standards of customer service and SLA compliance
- Assist in creating and following IT documentation and support checklists
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) or equivalent technical education
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of IT tools, problem-solving, and customer-focused service
- Ability to work both independently and in a team under tight deadlines
